AC - Secondary

The main strength of our secondary team lies in experience and mutual cooperation. The team consists of engineers who have worked on a large number of projects in terms of design but who also have extensive experience gained as test engineers. This gives our engineers the ability to handle any project requirement.
Within the AC Secondary design scope we can provide you with:

SLD & Protection Scheme - Creation of SLD based on typical arrangements or clients mark ups, definition of voltage levels and primary equipment, creating a concept or detail definition of control and protection operations.

Logic Diagrams - Logic diagrams can be made for control & protection purposes, mechanical/electrical inter-locking, inter-tripping, auto re-close etc.

Circuit, Wiring & Terminal Diagrams - Creation of complete control/protection or tertiary panel documentation (panel layout diagrams, wiring diagrams, terminal diagrams cable lists, cable core sheets, part lists etc.). This documentation can be prepared manually in Autocad or semiautomatic in dedicated software such as ElCad, EngineeringBase, ePlan, AutoCad Electrical or any other.

Cable Lists, Cable Core Sheets and Cable Bloc Diagrams - Automated or manual preparation of cable lists and cable core sheets for installation purposes.

Secondary Equipment Selection - According to tender requests or for purpose of optimisation proposed concepts we can prepare list of materials, inquiry documentation and negotiate with supplier.

Protection Relay Parametarization - Calculation of settings and parameterization of protection relays according to received or made by us protection study.

Tertiary Design - Complete engineering of AC & DC distribution boards, metering panels, battery calculations, voltage drop calculations, LV power cable sizing, tele-com panels, interface panels, SCADA panels etc.

Reverse engineering - Recreation of system documentation according to site visit and insufficient documentation.

As Built - Preparation of As Built for previously mentioned documentation according to site mark-ups.
